ASD were awarded the redevelopment and refurbishment of what were almost derelict original school housing and office buildings. A full design and build specification was put together, planning gained with all its usual conditions ready for the start on site. The neglected empty buildings were soon transformed into modern contemporary homes consisting of a four-bedroom house, four two-bedroom houses along with nine two-bedroom apartments.
